THE PROCESS
We’ve split the process into 11 simple steps from the arrival to the logistics.
1. Stock Arrival
We receive stocks from various carriers in bulk conditions.
2. Labeling
Each device is labeled as per their Model, Specs and Serial/IMEI Numbers.
3.Disinfection
All devices or parts are disinfected by high standard procedure of disinfection process.
4. Resolving
All products are separated according to their type, conditions and brands.
5. Quality Check
Each device is tested fully for their functionality and cosmetics gradings.
6. Grading
After QC process all devices are divided into different grades depending on their condition and functionalites.
7. Pricing
Our sales team work on the price lists for our customers with different gradings.
8. Order Confirmation
After order confirmation from customer, each device data is wiped off or upgraded to latest softwares depending on customers request.
9. Final Test
A final quality check is made according to the invoice and requirement of the customer by our highly skilled tech team
10. Packaging / Labels
Each device is packed according to the customers requirements with labels.
11. Logistics
After the package is ready its sent to the shipping department for arranging the shipment with either Local delivery, Fedex, DHL, Air Cargo or by Sea.
